Tired of hunting for Godaddy Coupon Codes? I use this method often. Use this method only when you can afford to procrastinate the purchase by a few days.

Add all your shopping items into the Godaddy shopping cart and hold on the payment step. Simply log out having the shopping cart with the shopping items with pending payment status. After a day or two you will get a mail from Godaddy giving a discount coupon code as an encouragement to complete the purchase.

It always worked for me. This trick is for the lazy domainers out there.

    I’s a great idea! I did received promo email from godaddy when some payments are not finished, but I never use it proactively 🙂

  2. Boo Riddler says:

    The discount is never the best available discount though. i.e. there is usually a 3 or 4 USD .com coupon around and the discount generated by abandoning your cart is never more than 33%, probably 25%.

    Thanks Kumaran, It worked but I got only 25% discount. I found this coupon code wow20coupo which gave me 40% off on any domain extension 🙂 this godaddy promo code iworked on .ca .ws .co . Hats off for this good work and sharing.

    This is big LOL!!!

    The other option is to do a google search for godaddy rather than going directly to their site. This will usually cause an adwords ad with a discount to turn up.

    @Mark
    You are right. Godaddy does put discount prices in adwords.

    Another lazy way – follow me, I tweet several $5 or less GoDaddy codes a week that I personally validate work!

  8. I agree. This works. But GoDaddy don’t send out $1-$3 coupon codes through email if you keep your domains in cart. May be sending to some VIP’s but I haven’t received so far!
